I know it's a bit early to be thinking spring projects, but file this one away in your "Must Do" drawer, clip it to Evernote, or Pin it to Pinterest for4 later. Like the author at Make It - Love It, clearance happens early so you can scope the racks for basic long sleeves or patterns to make this fun shirt.
Basically what you are doing is taking the sleeves off and making those sleeves bows. Cute and classic. Follow the link below to find out how she did it. But before you go- consider this:
-Instead of bows, try little spiraled rosettes for a spring flower feel
-Instead of monochromatic, why not bring some color into play? Take a solid and a print. Cut the sleeves off both and switch so that your rosettes or bows are from the other shirt. This could be especially cute for siblings or twins. Matching while still separate.
So scour those clearance racks to refurbish your own spring shirts at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
